Home Welcome to asgard
[Episode 1]
Sagramore,
The story takes place on the continent of Asgard in the 233 AC(after timecount).
This is in a time where creatures plague the lands and secure trade routes are hard to come by.
It’s been 3 years since the peace treaty between the elves and humans.
The war though over remains in everyone’s minds and in these times they still distrust one another.
Since most trade routes are plagued, each city operates very locally, not every city welcomes new faces in these times.

These are the times that towns need the help of freelance warriors to guard them.
Every day is a struggle to free the lands of thieves and monsters and to grow stronger in doing so.
New challenges arise when all seems well.
A weird atmosphere has been in the air, with many reports of strange things.

Elves:
Good at: White Magic, Ranged Weaponry
Weak at: Melee combat, fire arms
Favorite Habitat: Woods/Nature

A noble wise race, High elf Julius Hector VII guides tem through dark times.
Their capital is Mellenroi, The Elven sanctuary city.
They lead very disciplined, complex but honorable life.
They live in harmony with nature around them and their cities are usually found within woods and nature.
Elves are all about tradition and moral values,
the people which don’t respect those values risk getting evicted from their village (like using the art black magic).
Since the peace treaty 5 years ago, they have established trade routes of spices, equipment and riches with the humans.
Elves are known for their fine marksmanship and high quality bows, they also trade Silver with the Tallons.
They don't just welcome any merchant to trade though.

Humans
Good at: Melee, firearms
bad at: ranged weaponry, White magic
Favorite Habitat: Within the walls of a city

A common, stubborn but united race,
Humans intend to seek ways of making their own life better (sometimes at the cost of others).
A good example was the reason for the war with the elves to arise.
The human race is leaded by their King William of Orange II,
The main castle can be found in Celios The city of Unity, The capital of the human race.
Since the monsters plague most lands each city has its own elite guard, every human town has a different style and atmosphere.
Though it is a city of commerce, everyone is welcome to trade though thievery is a common thing here too.

Tallons
Good at: Black Magic, Melee
bad at: firearms, ranged magic
Favorite habitat: Isolated areas (mostly mountain of tzar)

A mystic, strong and highly disciplined race,
Though Tallons have no true leader,
they honor every word of their Priest Duke Cornas Talé(believed to be a member of the sacred talé family).
They live in isolated areas as monks but with a willingness to enforce righteousness anywhere they can, by any means.
Their main Capital is called Seralus, Which is an isolated valley in the mountains.
The only ways of getting there are through either Ogre passages or over the dangerous holy mount tzar.
Because of their high discipline some intend to strafe their own ways,
so meeting a occasional corrupted Tallon could mean trouble.
Because of their isolated nature they missed out on technologies that have been developed in the modern human cities,
though they still believe their way is still the only way. Some tallons have been selected by their higher source to guard an elemental temple.
They are known throughout Asgard as the elemental guardians.
Their fighting style is often described as a balance between martial arts and magic.

Worshipping:
The humans overall worship the holy god of Zeal,
A floating palace of the past inhabitated by the Royal guards of Zeal,
the three Zeal guards are: Alphecca, Pollux and Sirius ,
they are said to be the guardians of the human race and the guides in magic.

The Elves worship the nature god Anterra,
Its followers are thought to seek balance of the elements.
A noble believe that stands for truth, respect, discipline and balance.

The Tallons worship Talé, Which basically the honor of your ancestors and the ones to come, A noble but dark believe.
Tallons are willing to go through any length to protect what they believe in.

Ogres:
The Ogres are a small but brutal colony that has taken its habitant in the old Elven goldmine shafts.
After being driven down deeper in the mines by the elves that seeked to reclaim what was theirs,
the Ogres suddenly launched a full scale attack driving the elves out and raiding the town of Hemilaya(which was left unguarded).
leaving nothing but the burning ashes of the once inhabited wooden elven houses.

Karma:
You can choose your own path, you can decide to play the honest way,
or you can decide to rob merchants, kill people, accept jobs to assassinate people for Teza and live the life of a thief.
choosing to do so can give you a negative Karma status (PK status) and will lead to being banished from certain cities.
Karma can also decide which skills you get, where some bad karma might give you skills to assist you in thievery,
good karma might give you skills which give you faster walking speed or

Reputation:
You have a reputation with the common playable races in the game.
As a human you might not have access to some elven or Tallon cities before you've proven yourself to them.
or you could rudely get evicted if you don't follow the rules of a certain race.
Reputation is not related to karma though a good reputation with a bad karma can still stop you from getting into certain cities.
Overall the difference is that reputation points generally do not drop but only increase.

PVP:
Player vs Player battles can occur in most field maps,
Some fields belong to a certain race,
starting fights in those fields usually results into karma point infrictions + negative relations with that race.

Tai stones,
These are mysterious rocks found across Asgard, their meaning is not known.
Human – Elven war:

The old war was waged in name of the Elven Elder council’s prediction of approaching ‘dark times’.
Humans were believed to be responsible for these upcoming dark times.
In name of the Elder council the Elven cities closed their gates to any human contact.
King William of Orange had no patience for such ‘unreliable predictions’,
Over the years between 220-230 ac there have been multiple human attacks on Elven cities.
In 230 though, the Elven city of Hemilaya had trouble defending their city walls from the Ogres who seemed to grow more aggressive by the day.
The Elves at this point low in military strength signed a peace treaty with the humans.
The humans and elves joined forces in Hemilaya but even the combined forces seemed failed to match those of the Incredible Ogre force.
Though the city was lost, the humans were able to recover a mysterious artifact which seemed to be an elemental stone.
It was placed in one of the prides of the human race, the lighthouse tower of Bellamir.
Though this stone seemed different, the tower attracted vast amounts of nearby creatures.
This became such a large issue that they have banned anyone from going into the tower where to this day the mystery crystal still rests.
The Humans and Elves made their peace but there is still a lot of social hate going on.
